All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Be sure you notice that the buckwheat is not included. A bit pricey plus had to pay shipping on a very small package
I found this type of neck pillow years ago and it’s the best one in the world! It conforms perfectly to your neck and is cool to sleep on. When I travel it goes with me. I prefer the Millet hulls for it's softness.
Does not look like picture. The amount of buckwheat hulls that it came with does not fill the pillow case. Flat on a surface, it is about 3 inches high and the casing is 6 inches. May be a beneficial looseness for an airplane pillow. Nowhere in the description does it indicate that this is not a fully filled pillow. The description does say it prioritizes upper body alignment and the pillow I received does not appear to meet that condition.
The description was misleading - I didn’t realize that all I was going to get was a pillowcase.
On top of that, I was charged $12 shipping for a package that weighed almost nothing.

Exactly what I was looking for! The pillow arrived on time and was packaged well. No odor from the pillow (kind of expected it because of the natural filling). The case was nice and washed well. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Being a powerlifter, I have a wide back and shoulders. I am primarily a side sleeper and have tried a number of "orthopedic" pillows but none of them kept my neck neutral and I've been restless and have had neck pain for some time because of it. After only three nights of using this pillow my neck pain is gone, I'm sleeping better and my fiance reports that my snoring has lessened.
Traditional pillows no more! I'm glad I discovered these neck roll pillows. Average-sized back sleepers will love this pillow. It supports your neck so well you can feel the day's tension leave after just a few minutes. Deep slumber soon follows.
I have a BAD neck! Have had a neck roll for several years that had helped. This millet hulls 5 x 14 is my new favorite fits neck wonderfully and really like the deal Awesome sleep!
The roll takes the pressure off your neck and jaw. The weight of my head had me clenching my neck unknowingly, which led to migraines, and sore neck and back and jaw in the mornings. I have become a good sleeper for the first time in my life now!
I haven’t used it as of yet. I’m having trouble with the odor of either the hulls or the fabric. I’m letting it air. Haven’t decided if I need to return it or if I want to try sleeping on it.
I purchased this for my mother who has had 2 craniotomies, radiation and most recently spinal decompression surgery. It has been tough to find a pillow that supports her, and allows her to side sleep but also doesn't aggravate or enhance her current weakness. She has, for over a week now, had great sleep due to this pillow and likes how she can roll to her side and still be able to function the next day.
Their website was very easy to follow. I found what I wanted with no issues. I was surprised by how fast my order arrived. It was exactly as described. I was more than pleased.
I'm fully pleased with the two neck roll pillows I ordered. They are very sturdy and well made and I am pleased to have pillows filled with environmentally supportive buckwheat hulls.
Nice quality pillow! I have chronic neck issues and it has been very difficult for me to find a pillow that adequately supports my neck. I have a buckwheat pillow that I've used off and on for several years, but the buckwheat hulls are hard on my ears. I had not realize that millet hulls (which are definitely softer than buckwheat!) were an option until I found this company. Would recommend.
Wonderful pillow, great for sleeping on my back, stomach, or side. The buckwheat allows you to form it into whatever shape needed and then it stays however you formed it, provided you don't move it around too much.
I am very pleased with the buckwheat neck roll pillow and pillowcase I received. There was an odd chemical smell when I opened the package but I washed the hull case and pillow case and all was fine. Very easy to handle with the side zipper. The material used is smooth and appears that it will hold up well over time. The buckwheat hulls were in excellent, odorless condition.
I wanted a compact neck-roll sleeping pillow for traveling. This one is very well made, fits compactly in my carry-on suitcase, and was comfortable to sleep with.
Good quality neck pillow, generously filled. The hulls were somewhat on the hard/poky side (compared to others I've purchased), so I replaced half with a fluffier mix.
