The majority of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA, at our facility in Chicago, IL ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship. A small portion of our products are imported from our partners in China, India, or Romania. 

Yes, many of our products can be customized for size, color, or material. Contact us with your request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Please note that custom products usually have an upcharge and are final sale unless the error is on our part.

We source materials from trusted suppliers, prioritizing sustainable, eco-friendly, and certified options whenever possible. From kapok, buckwheat, millet, and hemp animal bedding to latex or polystyrene beads, our materials are renewable, recyclable, reclaimed, or repurposed.

Care instructions vary by product. Check your product’s specific care tag or our website’s product page for detailed cleaning guidelines.

Yes. Most of our products come with a limited 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our warranty policy for details.

We accept major credit cards, Afterpay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Shop Pay and crypto. 

No, each order can only be processed with a single payment method. If you need to split your purchase into multiple payments, we offer Pay in Four and Shop Installments. All installment plans are subject to approval by the payment provider.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards. Gift wrapping, unfortunately isn't possible at this time.

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and times vary by location. Duties/Tarrifs are caculated directly on our website. Many of our items are bulky and may be cost prohibitive to ship internationally and returns are not practical. Please be aware of the complications prior to placing an internatoinal order. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery speed.

Many of our items are made to order and take 2–4 business days to manufacture. Shipping requires an additional 3–5 days. You can track your order status on our order status page.

Yes. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available but can be costly. If you need expedited processing or shipping, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text once your order ships.

Yes. However, orders placed with Shop Pay—and in some rare circumstances—may only provide a phone number, so we might not have your email for the confirmation. If you’re sure you placed an order, email us with your phone number and/or account name, and we’ll add your email to your account so the confirmation is sent automatically.

We accept most returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please review our Return Policy Here. 

Contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply based on the condition of the returned items.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. We’re a small business, and shipping is expensive, so we work hard to ensure your order is correct 100% of the time. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Please process a return and place a new order. In some cases, we may be able to include a return label with your new order—contact us to discuss the best solution.

Our materials may include GOTS-certified organic cotton, GOLS-certified organic latex, or other relevant safety certifications.

Yes, our products are made with safe materials and no harmful chemicals. Always supervise children and pets when in use.

No, our products are free from toxic dyes, flame retardants, and other harmful chemicals.

Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. By far the best way to reach us is either the contact form, or via email. 

We don’t have a public showroom, but you can pick up your order in person to save on shipping. Most items are made to order and may not be available without notice. If you’ve already placed an order, confirm it’s ready before coming. New customers should arrange visits in advance.
