Shipping Policy
All items ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Manufacturing and processing generally take 2–3 business days.
- Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship by the following Wednesday.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care items (pillows, shower curtains, etc.) unless unused and in original packaging
- Used items of any kind
- Embroidered or customized items
- Clearance / final sale items
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Bean Bag Fill
- Kid’s 100% Latex Bean Bag Chairs
To complete a return, please provide both your billing and shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact us at orders@beanproducts.com to initiate your return. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or mis-shipped items.
