Care Instructions
Close the zipper completely before allowing your pet to use the bed.
Remove the cover from the dog bed before washing.
Close the zipper before placing the cover in the washing machine.
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Do not bleach.

All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.
This XL dog bed is well made. The dogs have not 'discovered' it yet but I would curl up on it to take a nap for sure. It's thick and comfy, not like the cheap thin ones I used to get. The hemp cover is tough. This will last for years. I recommend this product.
Sorry for the delay in reviewing. Would have been sooner & 5 stars except the pillow/cushion/bed sinks to the floor when my 20# 14 year old dog steps onto it... sooooooooooooo she won't/didn't use it. The product acts more like a water bed or trampoline. I loved the look, the design, the construction & kept hoping my dog would warm up to it even though it didn't provide any more actual thickness than a towel tossed onto the floor. No worries. I'll donate the bed to my Vet's or the Humane Society in hopes that another will find it as functional as it is aesthetically appealing.
I got this dog bed to fit inside a specific place where my senior dog likes to sleep. The measurements were perfect, the item is exactly as described (including color - I got navy blue), and my dog LOVES it. Thank you! Heather
Beautiful color, very comfortable with durable/washable covering. My dog likes to sleep stretched out and had more then enough room to spread out with the XL bed.
Very well made. I wanted something I knew wasn’t full of toxic chemicals since that is a real health concern for today’s pets and this fit the bill. So far, my Corgis (35-40lbs) aren’t sure of it—they hop on and hop off…and go lay on the floor.? They are picky about all beds, so it’s probably only a matter of time. It’s very “poofy” since the latex hasn’t settled (which will change if they ever start using it for more than a few minutes at a time), and that’s what bothers them. Personally, I find it very comfortable while demonstrating its merits to them.?
I loved that this is washable hemp fabric, and latex-filled. I removed about 1/2 the filling, and my pooch likes it. I’ve washed it a couple of times and it held up.
I highly recommend this product! The stuffing is comfortable and the fabric is great quality. When I pulled it out of the box, my dog immediately laid on it and refused to get off. He seems to really enjoy his new bed!
My sister whom I gave this to for her dog loved it and said it was one of the best beds, mind you the dog beds she gets for her babies are always over $100.
I love this bed for my pet. I believe he loves it too...he immediately started trying to play with it as a toy, but thats' a good sign! I love the feel of the bed, I'm sure it'll be very comfy for my dog too. The quality is also very good, the bed cover is soft but sturdy, and I absolutely love the color. I purchased the medium bed in Cactus for my 28lb, 1-year-old Frenchie. It's the perfect size.
