All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used items
Embroidered, personalized or customized items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

My partner requested a bean pillow for his birthday. It arrived within a week of ordering. He really likes it, says it doesn't hurt his neck like other pillows and is not loud at all.
I have a bone spur in my neck that began to cause migraines but this pillow has cut down tremendously on the frequency of those headaches. I adjust the pillow each night to properly support my neck and head. It does have a crunchy sound when moving the buckwheat around that some may find too loud. For me, it's been amazing!
I find that the pillow has provided support for my head and neck. I tend to have a lot of neck pain. I do believe it has helped. I have only had it a short time, but believe it will have long term affects.
I bought to take for car drives. I have not used it yet, but I know the Japanese pillow will work when I am not sleeping in my own bed. It is a little bigger than the travel pillow. I have various Bean Products Wheat Dreamz Buckwheat pillows. I started using them April of 2023. They have saved my life, I am now pain free with sleeping on the Buckwheat pillows. I had neck surgery April 2022, cage and new discs,and prior to surgery for 6 years would buy luxury poly pillows and use them for only 3 months and then give them away. After my neck surgery, no pillow would be good enough. I am allergic to
feather, duck, memory foam. I read about Buckwheat pillows during my recovery but, reviews of different companies but no great reviews. Some one told me about your company after my pool PT and I immediately ordered the standard pillow, then the travel pillow, then the bolster pillow. The bolster supports me when I sit& or lie flat to watch TV or read in bed. I am 100% recovered. My fusion fused and I am able to swim many laps in the pool after years of foot cramping after one lap. The Buckwheat pillow helped with my recovery. It cradles your neck and sleeping is heaven. I have had no pain since sleeping on the buckwheat pillows. I tell everyone how great the pillows are from Bean Products, including my physicians, PT, massage person, friends, etc. I bought a pillow for my friend's daughter who just graduated HS, who has Chiari Mal. She loves the pillow as well. I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you for making a product that helps people with neck issues. When ordering the smaller sizes it is best to get their pillow covers.
Very unhappy with this purchase. The pillow is extremely loud and does not adjust to your head the way I am accustomed to these pillows doing. I have another one that I have had for many years and the quality of this one is inferior.
I love this pillow. Stumbled upon it while doing research for a new pillow. I sleep on all sides x and I have neck issues and sensitive ears. This pillow is fantastic for me. It can adapt to different shapes and positions. So comfy. Wish I had known about it sooner!
I've had this pillow for a month now. I have taken out 4 cups of the filling to fit my preferences. It did take me 3-5 days to get used to it coming from a regular pillow. It's smaller than a standard pillow which I personally think is fine because your head only uses a portion of it anyways. I like that I can adjust it to fit the shape of my head/neck and it will stay that way all night. Unlike other pillows which don't sink down enough or are super fluffy to begin with but then sink into nothing when you lay on them.
Love it!!! I wasn’t sure at first and bought the pillow with buckwheat and millet. Loved the buckwheat side. Now I have this pillow and a travel size one as well. No more neck pain from weird angles. I do readjust the pillow every night to my preference for the night. I love this pillow and cannot go back to a regular foam or feather pillow again.
I hate this pillow and reached out for a refund and never heard back. It’s so hard and heavy I wish you would refund and I don’t care what happens to this pillow
As someone growing up only using buckwheat pillows, I rate this pillow as one of the best ones I ever had! I also recommended this to my girlfriend who never used a buckwheat pillow before, and both her and her cat love it.

Bought first one as gift. Borrowed that pillow for a night. Then bought my own. My neck has re-aligned itself and my lower back no longer hurts. Who knew just keeping the neck supported during sleep would do that. Saved me from some monster chiropractic bills I'm sure. Thanks!
This is what I've been looking for my whole life, no exaggeration. got the millet pillow. its not noisy, and it smells like I've fallen peacefully asleep in a meadow, subtle sweet but not gamey hay smell. A solute support fort neck without feeling like it's pushing up oy head and giving me neck strain the way most full pillows do. Feels more deeply supportive than down too, I might add. THANK YOU. Getting another one now for husband because he also loves it.
I got the travel/toddler size buckwheat pillow and paired it with a mulberry silk pillowcase from another seller. It's an excellent combo! The first night it was a bit noisy when I moved around and readjusted it, but I quickly got used to the crunchy sound. I sleep on my side most of the time so the travel size and thickness is perfect for keeping my neck aligned. I've used my pillow for 2 weeks and I have a system down now. I make a small divot for my ear when getting into bed and it stays put all night even when I turn from side to side It's a relief not having to readjust or shift it around like my old fluffy pillow.
This is the second pillow I’ve bought from this seller; one for my daughter and one for my daughter-in-law (who complained of waking up with “migraine headaches” until she switched to sleeping with this pillow. I can’t say enough good things about it.
