Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping: Embroidered items are made to order and may require additional production time.

Returns: Custom embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Warranty: Includes a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, spelling errors submitted by the customer, and incorrect capitalization choices are not covered.
