The latex fill stays plump, resists sagging, and won’t break down like polyfiber or low-grade foam.
Also available with lighter-weight CertiPUR shredded foam fill .
Natural latex fill provides consistent orthopedic-style support.
Care Instructions
Outer hemp cover is removable with a zipper.
Machine wash cover in cold water, gentle cycle.
Air dry or tumble dry low.
Do not wash latex fill.

All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

How can I review something that has not arrived yet? This should be managed to reflect some semblance of customer awareness.
My pup likes it. The bed is super comfy. If in doubt get the bigger size. I think my dog would like to really stretch out on it. Honestly I might just buy her another one;)
I never received the dog bed only the gray cover. I emailed this company and never got any response to when I would receive the actual bed. Then I was sent this message asking for a review…

My 110lb Dogo Argentino loves the bed. As soon as I placed it down he hopped right on it, spun around and curled up for a long nap. We were looking for something non-toxic, non-memory foam, that could take the pressure off his joints so this definitely fits the bill. Seems to be made very well. The cactus color is really nice and exactly as pictured. Hoping it holds up for a good long time.
The bed arrived wrapped right and compressed. I washed and dried the liner without shrinkage of colour loss. I have to say I am happy with this. My dog has one in the front room of a lighter colour but I prefer the darker ones as they don’t get easily stained. They also hold their shape well. Additionally they don’t have any strong smells which is ultimately what I’m looking for. Thumbs up!
really good quality bed and after some initial encouragement with treats, my dog now chooses it on his own! I bought a Large for my 65lb shepherd and the size and thickness suites him very well.
The quality of this product is excellent the only issue I am having is that my dog is older and since the thickness of the bed is 6" she has a hard time climbing up onto it. Once she is on it she is in heaven.
The quality is good but my dog hates this bed. It’s too high and squishy. I can’t figure out how to return it on your website. Please send me the return info.
Our 3 year old 30lb pup loves it! The bed is much heavier and denser than expected yet still has some give so she sinks down a little when curled up. So good to know our baby is sleeping on a quality organic, non toxic product. Highly recommend!
Excellent quality, will last forever. The bed is really "bouncy" and my dogs, unfortunately, didn't feel like they could snuggle in and frequently fell off the sides. I think a bed with side bolsters would be ideal.
This XL dog bed is well made. The dogs have not 'discovered' it yet but I would curl up on it to take a nap for sure. It's thick and comfy, not like the cheap thin ones I used to get. The hemp cover is tough. This will last for years. I recommend this product.
Sorry for the delay in reviewing. Would have been sooner & 5 stars except the pillow/cushion/bed sinks to the floor when my 20# 14 year old dog steps onto it... sooooooooooooo she won't/didn't use it. The product acts more like a water bed or trampoline. I loved the look, the design, the construction & kept hoping my dog would warm up to it even though it didn't provide any more actual thickness than a towel tossed onto the floor. No worries. I'll donate the bed to my Vet's or the Humane Society in hopes that another will find it as functional as it is aesthetically appealing.
I got this dog bed to fit inside a specific place where my senior dog likes to sleep. The measurements were perfect, the item is exactly as described (including color - I got navy blue), and my dog LOVES it. Thank you! Heather
Beautiful color, very comfortable with durable/washable covering. My dog likes to sleep stretched out and had more then enough room to spread out with the XL bed.
Very well made. I wanted something I knew wasn’t full of toxic chemicals since that is a real health concern for today’s pets and this fit the bill. So far, my Corgis (35-40lbs) aren’t sure of it—they hop on and hop off…and go lay on the floor.? They are picky about all beds, so it’s probably only a matter of time. It’s very “poofy” since the latex hasn’t settled (which will change if they ever start using it for more than a few minutes at a time), and that’s what bothers them. Personally, I find it very comfortable while demonstrating its merits to them.?
