Shipping Policy
All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used items
Embroidered, personalized or customized items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Very nice looking curtain. Heavy construction. Still workikg out the best method of drying wothout a fan in my bathroom but its workikg so far and anything other than a new giant sheet of plastic every year that gets covered in mildew and mold.
I was very excited to purchase this organic cotton shower curtain. I washed it in cold water, as per instructions, and hung it outside to dry. Imagine my huge disappointment when I discovered that it shrank a whopping 12" in length. What the heck? I sent it back for a full refund.
This turned my regular bathroom shower into a spa. I used a curved rod to get extra arm room. It covers the whole opening so no cold air creeps in my hot shower!
I rinse it off at end of shower so no products stay on it. Then I set a floor fan near the curtain for it to dry in an hour and add extra humidity into my desert home♥️

I was very disappointed with the color of the shower curtain. It was not the same color that appeared on the website. I wanted the light golden color and received a grayish color. So I will return it to you as it doesn’t match our bathroom.
Great product, reasonably priced, and quick delivery (relative to other things these days). Really happy to have a shower curtain that doesn't have to go to the landfill when it gets dirty, and one that is also beautiful.
This shower curtain exceeded my expectations. It’s thick enough that it doesn’t float towards you when you take a shower but thin enough that it dries quickly. It also washes really well. I was initially hesitant to spend this much on a shower curtain, but I have no regrets now that I have it. I have the gray and love the color, too.

This is a gorgeous shower curtain. I had planned to shibori tie-dye it in indigo, but it's really just so stunning as it is. I do have to wash it often as it gets a little dirty around the bottom as it's close to the shower floor, but it's totally worth it. Great quality and gives a nice subtle, earthy elegance to the bathroom.
I wanted to go a more sustainable route when buying a shower curtain for my apartment, but needed one at a better price. I was able to have this fit my budget and am so happy to not buy plastic for my shower anymore. I was worried about the plain white being boring, but it looks really nice and is nice quality. I have had it for a few weeks now and it has seemed to dry relatively fast too.
Excellent. Chose this to move away from plastic/vinyl shower curtains. I was worried about potential mold and mildew in our very damp hard-to-ventilate bathroom, but after a few months, it's still in excellent shape. Highly recommend.
