Shipping Policy
All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used items
Embroidered, personalized or customized items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

These are estimates, not guaranteed purchase quantities. Cover shape, measurements, packing, existing fill and preferred firmness affect the result. Compressible fills settle under load. Add gradually and adjust by feel. If the result seems unusual, contact us before buying.

These are our working fill conversions. Support allowances account separately for compression. Loose fill does not perform like a solid foam core.

I made a beanbag a few years ago but the stuffing became compressed and it was not usable. I opened a seam and dumped in the large size of this shredded foam and its great! It was a little messy so when I stuff the next one I'll bring it outside and wear a mask.
I have no idea how people would use this for a bean bag filler unless it was for an infant or toddler. I received what appeared to be a bunch of garbage foam scraps- most of them so tiny- with zero structure. This is not dense foam- it is like the thin stuff that usually cushion mailers, etc.
I suppose it could be used for stuffed animals or possibly a pillow but for sure not a bean bag!
The company offered to refund upon a return, which is nice but I don’t feel like the need to increase the carbon footprint to box up and returns what I would consider garbage.
This whole thing is very strange.
I have no idea how anyone would say that this could fill a bean bag!?
I am very happy with the products I received. Especially the kapok from the previous order I did sorta review (I hadn't unpacked it from its great packaging yet). I stuffed my 8 pillows today! I'll be ordering more of that lovely kapok to finish my project.
I had two mid sized bean bags to renew the fill on, I wish I could give an actual volume but I'll say they're a decent size for one adult. 2.5 bags would have filled one of them about 2/3 full, at an estimate. We put half in each and, combined with the original filling, it worked well. It's quiet and comfortable.
So good—so comfortable in the cushions and it’s so LIGHT—kids have no problem lugging cushions around, and I love that it’s from scrap cuts. Totally messy but nothing vacuuming cant fix. Am going to order more immediately!
I wasn't sure how much foam filler I needed for my ottoman. I emailed Bean Products and got an immediate and helpful response. I ordered a they suggested and its perfect! Highly recommend for customer service and timeliness.
The seller got back to me quickly with advice of how much to have ordered and it was the perfect amount to fill my new pouf. A little messy to fill, but if I get another one, I'll try a different approach. Pouf feels great now that it's all in!:)

I ordered this filling for a big beanbag Ive had in storage fir a while. I wasn’t sure on what kind of filling to order (there are so many). I’m really glad I ordered this one and from this store. The updates for shipping were great. I’m very pleased with the filling. I will definitely order a second shipment to fill my bag! Highly recommend!
Shipping was a bit slow (to be expected these days), but it was worth the wait -- it topped up our beanbag chair with foam left over! Our other beanbag chair is new and still has plenty of support, but I'll be back for another package of this foam once the beans start to compress.
