All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Looks fantastic, cant wait to shower with it tonight. Its thin and breathable like linen, allowing for proper drying and protecting against mildew growth. Would highly recommend!

Looks like it's great quality and I like the color of the ivory linen liner. It seems really long for a standard bathtub. I have to have my rod really high or go get the curtain hemmed. The curtain is already pricey and I'm not sure if I'll get it hemmed. I'll try to work with the current length. I do wish it was about 2-3 inches shorter.
The shower curtain is of very high quality, though the color was not what i expected from the picture that is on the website. After talking to a wonderful person at customer service, I did make an exchange for an organic cotton shower curtain that I believe will be the color I am looking for. Thank you for offering such personal care.
I am using this to replace a very short all-cotton shower curtain that is not long enough with my new shower rod. I just did an initial wash of the curtain and have not installed the new curtain rod, so I haven't hung it. I am very pleased with the quality, color, and the longer length of the curtain. I'm most pleased that I have a curtain with no chemical-based liner. However, I strongly suggest you avoid shipping in a plastic bag. It seems unnecessary and counter to why I bought the hemp in the first place. I would add that the color online looked much more ivory (less white) than what I received.
I like mine. Looks natural because it is. The only negative were the high price and as soon as I paid for it I received an email saying Sarla would send me a gift within 2 hours. Well it's been a month and nothing. so here's hoping you send me free shower rings which you said were currently out of stock. When in stock, please send.
I love that this shower curtain is not plastic or polyester. I love that it is made in the US. I love that it dries in less than 24 hours. What I don't love is that it is not at all water resistant. Even directing the shower spray completely away from the hemp curtain, and even trying very hard not to stand near it while showering (hard to do in a standard tub), the curtain becomes soaked and a significant amount of water gets outside the tub onto the floor (even despite a Bean linen outer curtain). I would return this but unfortunately shower curtains are not returnable.
After finding out how many toxic chemicals were in PVC shower liners, my husband and I knew that we had to find a better alternative. Bean Product’s hemp shower curtain IS the solution! We are very pleased with the quality of it and while it is not 100% waterproof, we do not have any water spilling on the floor during our showers, so that is a win.
It also dries pretty fast, surprisingly. Our bathroom has a window in it which we leave open, so that helps speed up the drying process.
We highly recommend this curtain to anyone who is looking for a non-toxic alternative to those chemical-laden liners.

Beautiful shower curtain, washed well. I was disappointed that it arrived in a plastic bag as I was under the impression that this was a company interested in avoiding the use of plastic.
While I have only had the curtain for a few weeks, I am already glad to be showering in a healthy environment, free from plastic and toxins. Originally, I used this as a liner, with a cotton outer curtain. This shower curtain was not going to dry, ever, with the heavier cotton outer curtain. I took that one down and just use this and even though I live in one of the most humid places on Earth, it somehow dries. I recommend this product.
This works great! I needed a shower curtain for the new apartment and wanted one with less plastic to be better for the environment. I was nervous about switching to a fully cloth shower curtain at first because I had never used one before, but now that I’ve done so it wasn’t much of a change at all! It does need time to dry in between uses and requires a wash about once a month. So far, no issues and the texture and color are pleasant.
So far this shower curtain is worth every penny. It is so nice to no longer be breathing in plastic in the shower, and I'm amazed by how well it keeps water in despite feeling thin - no leaks! Looks nice too -the white color doesn't have a super scratchy rope-like appearance like hemp often does. Haven't washed it yet but I appreciate the company's disclaimer that they tend to shrink after washing/drying.
Really gorgeous, it really does shrink when you wash it the first time so be sure to measure correctly! It dries super fast, I love not having a plastic shower curtain!
We are really happy with our shower curtain. I shrank it in the dryer but is still a little long for our tub. Even though it gets soaked on the bottom half, it still dries pretty quickly. I am in a climate that's on the dryer side. I wring it out after my showers but my significant other doesn't - we wash it every other week and hang dry after with no issues. No funky plastic smell like with liners. This is a winner.
We love our new shower curtain! We are using it without a liner and are happy to have eliminated plastic from our shower. We keep the curtain in when showering and there is never any water outside of the tub. The curtain does get wet but we are able to hang it in such a way that it does not touch the edge of the tub when it's drying and it dries pretty quickly with the fan on. Thank you!
Smells heavenly. The only issue I ran into was it being too long, which a lot of people have shared was the case for them. I temporarily have it clipped up, but will hem it. I followed the instructions before use, but it only shrank a little, I even left it in the dryer for longer than the recommended amount, but not luck.
Super awesome quality!! Was nervous about it not containing the water, but everyone else was right - it contains the water a lot better than you'd think! Of course once like two people shower in a row then it gets more saturated but other than that I've been able to use it by itself! Had to cut it a bit shorter to be able to properly dry out for my shower, but it was super easy and overall worth it for how well it works!? Awesome product!
The shop owner was responsive answering my questions. I like the shower curtain, it is just SO long...we followed the shrinking instructions without any change. Will try on high in the drier next time. If it stays this long will collect mold so has to be fixed. Wish it came at the appropriate length where I could use it as is, without having to go through this whole process to get it to be right. The quality is excellent however! Just know it will be pretty long and you’ll have to attempt fix it.
