Shipping Policy
All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

I appreciate how comfortable and supportive this cushion is. I like the height. It's very solid and really helps with my spine's alignment. But it came with a chemical odor I did not care for on the fabric. The smell washed out, but preparing the cushion for wash was very labor intensive. There is no inner lining. All the flax hulls are loose inside. Emptying the cushion to wash it, and then putting all the flax back into it afterwards, was truly a pain in the neck and took four hands to do so and far more time than I would've liked. The zippered opening is so tiny, it's quite difficult to remove the hulls and return them. If my helpers had not been my children, some swear words would have been used for sure. Even still, I did it over the course of two days before it tested my patience and perseverance.
Love it! Affordable, quality materials, good height, and shipped quickly. It’s my boyfriends Christmas gift. His cover ripped on his previous cushion and he’s been stealing mine:) He’s going to love it!!! Thank you so much!

I love this zafu a lot! I've been needing some kind of meditation space for a while since my sangha is practicing remotely. Bed pillows were not ideal. It was worth investing in a quality zafu and the good news is when the stuffing needs to be replaced, you can order replacement stuffing.
Very comfortable to meditate on. Durable fabric, quick and responsive shop. Only drawback is there isn't a way to wash the outside- would have loved a removable cover for the cushion.
The pillow is everything I had hoped for. It has the right firmness for my meditation sessions and has a durable/well-stitched exterior cover that hides the zipper perfectly.
I ordered the black zafu meditation cushion with millet, and I LOVE it! It is such a fantastic cushion. I really struggled with my legs going numb during meditation prior to getting this cushion, but this one definitely helped. Not only that, but it smelled so amazing when I opened the box—so earthy and natural. I also appreciate that the owner sends masks in the box, as means of reminding us to protect ourselves and each other. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be ordering the zabuton next.
