Hemp Hurd for Hempcrete
Our hemp hurd is the clean, inner woody core of the hemp stalk, grown organically in the Midwest with no chemicals or pesticides. It is lightweight, breathable, and ideal for mixing with lime and water to create hempcrete.
A typical hempcrete mix uses one part hemp hurd, 1.5 parts lime, and two parts water. The result is a natural, non-toxic building material that is durable, moisture-regulating, and long-lasting.
