Remove all fill through the zipper before washing the empty shell.
Wash the empty shell in cold water and air dry completely before refilling.
Do not wash the fill.

All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.

Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

I love these pillows because they help with my neck pain. They are easy to mold to the support position you need.
Wonderful pillow. The millet is a softer pillow and easy to manipulate it under your head and neck the way you want it. I have been in 4 car accidents and I have never found a pillow that works for me. This pillow is great. No headaches or neck aches. Thanks for a terrific product.
Best pillow if I’ve experienced for comfort and alignment. I’ve tried buckwheat in the past but for some reason the millet aligns much better for me. I did not remove (see a need) to remove any husks - aligned nicely as filled.
Extremely comfortable, I sleep like a baby on it. If you like a pillow that you can shove into a shape and have it stay that way, this is the perfect pillow for you. It does have a slight grain scent when fluffed, which I find pleasant. The easily adjustable fill volume is also great -- I like a pretty thin pillow, layered foam pillows are usually much too thick for my taste.
Love the millet hull pillows! I fractured my C-1 & C-2 vertebrae over 15 years ago and it took me several years to find a pillow that was comfortable. So glad I found the millet hull because it conforms to my neck regardless of my sleeping position.
I've tried another company, won't say the name, but their millet pillows felt like sawdust. This one feels smooth and velvety. A softer feel than the other company.
This pillow is the right one for me. I travel with it and find it incredibly comfortable. I mostly sleep on my side. I read a review that stated originally, millet has a smell to it. I did not experience that. I recommend this company & pillow without hesitation.
My pillow is the perfect size and the millet hulls move around very nicely! I was previously using a water pillow, which I loved, and those are pretty firm but of course pliable. The millet hull pillow is more firm but still pliable, and will take some adjustment. Nevertheless, I love it!! And it's much lighter weight than I expected, which will make it easier to travel with.
I've used many pillows over the years to relieve my neck and upper thoracic spine pain. I have chronic pain and no pillow has ever helped. I've only used this pillow for a week, so the real verdict is out, but so far, I've woken up every morning without a stiff neck, pain in my occipital area nor pain in my upper traps and back. It's not comfy cozy and it feels sort of like a sand bag, but I don't care—it's comfortable during the night of sleep and I have a lot less pain. Five stars.
My partner and I both struggle with neck and shoulder tension. We had a hunch that switching from down pillows to something firmer would help. I wanted a high quality natural option and did a ton of research before choosing these pillows. We have been so pleased so far! They are super comfortable and adjustable. I’m a stomach sleeper, but trying to switch to my back and this pillow is really helping. We will be buying more!
The pillow didn’t meet my needs. An enclosed note with the package stated that it could be sent back but when trying to return it you stated that it had to be returned exactly as received. That meant that I couldn’t return it since the seal in the plastic cover had been broken. The return information should have been included when the pillow was sent. I view that has being deceptive since you did not include that info when I received it. Now I am stuck with a $50 pillow I can’t use. Would never recommend this product.
I absolutely LOVE my millet pillow! I can say without a doubt I WILL NEVER go back to using any other type (poly, goose down, mystery filled, or whatever) pillow again in my home. It stays in every position I move it to! It gives me total neck support no matter what position I’m in! My eyes don’t tear at night as they can with poly pillows! I’m hooked! I totally recommend this product! I wish the company all the success they can handle!
I bought these pillows for my parents after I had bought one for myself. These are excellent if you have a shoulder injury and tend to sleep on that side or a neck injury. I love millet it is easy to form around an area that needs support. Most important they improve sleep.
I was concerned that my husband would not like the pillow! We both love them! I usually have trouble breathing well at night (allergies)... haven't had any issue since getting the pillow. I think most of all we love how you can shape them to fit around your head/neck/ shoulders any way that feels right at any time.
The feeling of the pillow is fantastic and it molds to my head, however the smell is so strong I cannot continue sleeping with it. I’ve had it a week and it still smells strongly of the millet. Unfortunately the smell gives me a headache.

Excellent pillow! A bit firm at first which can be adjusted but extremely comfortable and both my spouse and I have slept well on them, much better than the previous pillows!
I used the Millet pillow last night for the first time and I loved it. I sleep in zero gravity and my neck would hurt so I ordered the Millet and so far so good.
Nice quality pillow! I have chronic neck issues and it has been very difficult for me to find a pillow that adequately supports my neck. I have a buckwheat pillow that I've used off and on for several years, but the buckwheat hulls are hard on my ears. I had not realize that millet hulls (which are definitely softer than buckwheat!) were an option until I found this company. Would recommend.
I LOVE this millet pillow!! I am a buckwheat pillow user but due to my neck condition some nights I randomly need a softer pillow but foam is too blah--this is PERFECT--soft but supportive-- like if sand was light and bouncy. And I love the gentle grassy scent. The company sent this pillow ridiculously fast and I got it 2 days after ordering perfectly packaged. I will very likely buy another in the future for my partner and check out the other things in this store--110% satisfied with my purchase!
Excellent pillow, great switch from my old, foam pillow. Much quieter than I expected given that it is millet and has been great for my neck pain and posture.
As someone growing up only using buckwheat pillows, I rate this pillow as one of the best ones I ever had! I also recommended this to my girlfriend who never used a buckwheat pillow before, and both her and her cat love it.
