Shipping Policy
All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
- Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used items
- Embroidered, personalized or customized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Bean Bag Fill
- Kid’s 100% Latex Bean Bag Chairs
Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.
